This is a fairly small parasol,
probably dating to the 1870's or 1880's. The handle was snapped
clean off during shipping, so it shouldn't be too difficult to mend.
The fabric, which looks like a dotted linen with a silk ribbon edge to
it, needs to be replaced. The tassel is in fairly good condition
if I can just clean it up a bit.
